In the following general terms and conditions the hotel Steinbock with the legal name Casutt Lodge AG is mentioned.

1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions govern all legal relationships between Casutt Lodge AG and the guest.

2. Disclaimer
All texts and links have been carefully checked and are constantly updated. 3. Contract conclusion
By accepting the booking in written, telephone, electronic or personal form and the delivery of our confirmation, a contract is concluded between the guest and the Casutt Lodge AG. These general terms and conditions are an integral part of this contract. Notices by email are deemed to have been made in writing.

4. Booking conditions
For all bookings, a written confirmation will be issued. Bookings for special offers are listed in the following section. 4.1.

4.1 Booking of special offers on special conditions also vouchers
Special promotions offered by Hotel Steinbock in cooperation with other companies on special conditions also vouchers can not be reserved on a provisional basis. Such offers are valid during the winter season, regulated under no. 8 only from Sunday to Friday Bookable, respectively Redeemable. During the summer season, as well as the low season regulated under no. 8 special offers are also vouchers for special conditions from Monday to Sunday to book / redeem. In case of cancellation of such an offer, the voucher loses its validity. Reimbursement of the purchase price of special offers also vouchers for special conditions are not possible. For bookings on such platforms, unless otherwise stipulated, the booking terms and conditions of payment of the provider apply. If the conditions are not regulated by the provider, the terms and conditions of the Hotel Steinbock apply.

5. Terms of payment
Payment of your stay will be due on departure, unless booked and paid in advance with credit card. Your credit card infos wil just be use for cancelation fees if you book through an online booking system and not directly charged. Stays of more than one night, and bookings for more then one room must be paid in advance to 50% of the total amount.

6. Price changes
In the following cases, Casutt Lodge AG may change the published prices at short notice: - newly introduced or increased government levies (eg VAT, visitor's tax, etc.) - Exchange rate changes (converted according to the day rate of Casutt Lodge AG)

7. Cancellations and changes
7.1 General conditions
Cancellations or rebookings are only valid if they are sent immediately in writing to Casutt Lodge AG.
The following costs can be borne by the guest:
Package, hotel or restaurant bookings as well as all other offers of individuals
- in the case of changes and cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, a deposit of 100% will be refunded
- in case of changes and cancellations from the 14th to the 7th day before arrival, 50% of the arragement will be refunded
- in the case of changes and cancellations from the 6th to the 0th day before arrival, 0% of the arragement paid is refunded
Package, hotel or restaurant bookings as well as all other offers of groups
- in the case of changes and cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, a deposit of 100% will be refunded
- in the case of changes and cancellations from the 14th to the 7th day before arrival, 50% of the arragement will be refunded
- in the case of changes and cancellations from the 6th to the 0th day before arrival, 0% of the arragement paid is refunded
7.2 Cancellation date and insurance
For the calculation of the cancellation date, the arrival of the written declaration at the booking office is decisive. In case of hardship, the cancellation costs will be covered by a cancellation insurance, if the guest has completed one.
7.3 Positioning a substitute
If the booked arrangement can not be accepted, Casutt Lodge AG accepts a substitute, who must accept the existing booking under the same conditions. The replacement must be announced at Casutt Lodge AG early (before arrival). The original guest remains a contractual partner and is liable to Casutt Lodge AG.
7.4 Cancellation in case of force majeure
In cases of force majeure such as political unrest, strikes, disasters, etc. a cancellation by the Casutt Lodge AG can also be made at short notice for security reasons. In such cases, the guest will receive the amount paid in the form of a voucher. 6.5 Faults and operating restrictions Disturbances such as e.g. Noise and / or operating restrictions do not entitle to any compensation or refund.

8. Seasons
The Hotel Steinbock distinguishes between high season and low season. The different season times define different booking possibilities. The seasons are divided as follows:
- Summer high season begins on July 1 and ends with the last Sunday of September.
- Winter High Season Starts with Saturday of Week 51 and ends with Easter Monday.
- Low season Spring starts with Easter Monday and ends with the last day of June.
- Low season Autumn starts with the first Monday after the last Sunday of the month of September and ends with the Thursday of the week of the week 51.

9. Compensation for damages and liability
Casutt Lodge AG is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. For liability of the guests, the liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Claims must be lodged immediately with Casutt Lodge AG, no later than 14 days after departure. If this deadline is not met, the claims for damages will be forfeited.
10. Use of hotel rooms
The hotel room is to be used and treated by the guest with the greatest care. It may only be used or occupied by the number of persons (including children) specified in the contract. The guest is not allowed to leave the rented hotel rooms at Casutt Lodge AG to third parties for the use. The guest is liable for any damages, unless he can prove that these have been caused by his fault (or fault of co-users). Damage must be reported to Casutt Lodge AG without delay.
11. Privacy Policy
Casutt Lodge AG undertakes to observe the applicable data protection legislation when handling and processing all customer data as well as the customer's use data. Customer data is only used to maximize operational safety or in the interest of sales promotion, product design, crime prevention, collection of economic key data and statistics as well as invoicing. The guest hereby acknowledges and agrees that in cases of joint provision of services in cooperation with third parties, Casutt Lodge AG shall be entitled to make the customer's access to customer data to the extent necessary for the provision of the services. In addition, the transfer of customer data to third parties is only permitted with the explicit consent of the customer. An exception is valid only if the Casutt Lodge AG is legally obliged to pass personal data to third parties.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
All contracts concluded under these terms and conditions with Casutt Lodge AG shall be subject to Swiss law. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from such contracts shall be Vals.
